I know finding the “right” therapist can be daunting. I’m hopeful you’ll feel confident we’ll be a good team. I aim to create a space where you feel free to think, feel, and speak authentically. Life can be challenging and isolating to navigate – especially when competing priorities make us feel overwhelmed and stressed. I believe our past experiences affect how we think and feel now, and identifying patterns and taking the time to understand ourselves more can help us be more present. I want to help you get the most out of life here and now. I will listen to you without judgement and be there to help support you as you heal.

I make sure to leave space for discussion about how trauma, colonization, and social systems can affect our everyday obstacles. I understand that everyone’s multiple social and cultural identities can interact to make life harder or easier. Together, let’s unpack what makes you you and explore your strengths to discover what works best for you in your unique circumstances. I work with an intersectional lens and I’m a passionate ally of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
