Our Team

  • Adrianna Lebar

    Psychotherapy Intern, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I support teens and adults who are navigating anxiety, identity exploration, and neurodivergent experiences. Whether you’re feeling emotionally overwhelmed, questioning who you are, or struggling to feel understood in a world that wasn’t built with you in mind, therapy with me is a place to slow down, get curious, and build the tools you need to thrive. My space is affirming, structured, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience.

Using a mix of ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and humanistic approaches, I help clients regulate their emotions, understand their nervous system, and develop confidence in their identities. I especially welcome those who may feel out of place in traditional therapy—whether due to neurodivergence, gender or sexual identity, or chronic stress. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more empowered, and more like yourself.

I support women navigating anxiety, identity shifts, and the emotional load of caregiving. Whether you're adjusting to motherhood, managing life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed by the many roles you hold, therapy with me offers a calm, structured space to pause and regroup. As both a mother and military spouse, I bring empathy and real-world insight into what it means to care for others while trying to stay connected to yourself.

My approach blends CBT, ACT, EFT, and narrative therapy to help you manage stress, clarify your values, and move forward with greater intention. Together, we’ll work to quiet anxious thoughts, realign with your strengths, and find balance that feels sustainable. You don’t have to figure it all out alone—this is your space to feel grounded, seen, and supported.
